How to Initiate a Return:

• Customers with an account on our website can process returns directly by logging into their account. If the return is initiated within 15 days of receiving the merchandise, you’ll receive a free return label.
• For returns after the 15-day period, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days after the merchandise is received.
